I thought the service was excellent, they were professional but friendly knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, made me feel comfortable with the whole process, I recommend them ????, the salesman Ben was brilliant

Man, was available to talk to finance companies on my behalf, and he kept me so well informed throughout the prep stage.
They prepped my car to an excellent standard, and although we had to wait a bit for it to be finished off, we chatted to the mechanics and the part guy who was just so friendly! When it was done, it was spotless. A lovely group of lads and I drove 92 miles to go there and I’d do it again!
The only thing I’d say is that I wasn’t offered a handover date or time, I was told when I could collect - this wasn’t around me but what would be best for the garage. It was lucky I could move stuff around to be ready for that time, yet when I got there; the car wasn’t ready anyway lol. Just a small
Customer service bit to improve. But great otherwise.
