It was my first time ordering a car online as we didn't have the time to travel up due to work commitments but Martin, Jeff and the rest of the team made our experience a very easy and comfortable one. They advised us over the phone with all of all the details from car finance to delivery and also ensured the car was in top condition before bringing it down. Overall a very pleasant experience, would do it again!

I have just purchased a used vehicle from Golden Hill and I must admit that the overall experience of doing so was better than I anticipated .
From start to finish the dealings I had with Manny and Les were very professional ,they really secured me a good deal.
They did all the paperwork for me and all I did was sign the documents.
They were very courteous and made me feel welcome and answered all my questions, even a post purchase problem that bothered me was quickly sorted by a telephone call.

Recently bought a car from golden hill garage and I am very impressed. Les was amazing from the get go when I called to enquired about the car! He was happy to answer any questions regarding the car and also let me know about features I didn’t even know the car had! There was no pressure at all to buy the car and I was given 24 hours to make my mind up. Les was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making pleasant conversation and joking around with me and my partner. Test drive was great, clear instructions for where to drive as I am not from there area, allowing me to get a proper feel of the car and test it out with speed too. Car very clean on day of purchase, ready for me to drive away from the lot, with a tyre repair kit included in the boot. I travelled a good distance to purchase the car and Les ensured I had enough fuel to get home safely. All staff very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend golden hill garage for you to be able to buy your new car with ease and confidence.
As I live 30 miles away in Liverpool, I bought my car from Golden Hill Garage, sight unseen.
Despite reading some excellent reviews, I was still slightly apprehensive when I arrived to collect it.
I needn’t have been concerned. The car was exactly as described, immaculate inside and out and was fully prepared and ready for collection.
I was taken through all the paperwork and documentation, including the full service record and 12 months MOT. Nothing was too much trouble,
I even plan on returning in 12 months’ time to have the team service the car and complete a new MOT.

Very professional from start to finish. I called in whilst passing, discussed a Citroen vehicle in my favourite colour blue with Jonathan and Jeff, arranged a test drive and agreed a purchase - all within an afternoon! They couldn't have been more helpful.

Sales Service very good indeed. As I have only had the car 2weeks it is too early to say overall. In those 2 weeks I have had a problem with the warning light for the tyres coming on (twice in those 2 weeks. ) It is to do with Calibration, this has been reset twice, I will see if the sensor has settled down. This information is what the Garage has told me.
