I bought a car from Golden Hill garage 14 days ago, unfortunately there was a problem with it.Having contacted the garage they picked the car up and gave me a courtesy car, they tried to fix the problem but they decided it was a main dealer job. Due to personal circumstances I couldn't wait for the repair, so asked for a refund. They promptly refunded me in full ,and gave me a lift home. It's not just about selling cars, it's how you deal with problems when they arise. First class service.

a quality experience throughout. top service and decent polite transaction all the way . johnathan was not the stereotypical salesman trying to get your buisness. he was very calm, factual, never over sold or undersold the car. his method was very patient and proffesional and may i say a credit to the company. every step of the purchase was discussed and dealt with at a understandable and easy pace, but at the same time, was very capable in adding details into paperwork/computer whilst dealing with me. he also knew a lot about the cars history and it was clear he'd done research on behalf of the garage, to ensure they don't sell any old rubbish. i would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a different car to give this place a try.

Brilliant experience with Golden hill, Jonathan picked up my original enquiry about delivery via email. I’m based 5 hours away from the garage but seen the car online, Jonathan gave me all the information I needed as well as pictures and videos of the vehicle. I didn’t feel any pressure he was just genuinely helpful. I paid deposit over the phone that day and arranged delivery which was a week later, before delivery he still kept in contact telling me how the car had done in its 60 point check which was really reassuring. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend Golden Hill Garage.
