Recently bought a car from golden hill garage and I am very impressed. Les was amazing from the get go when I called to enquired about the car! He was happy to answer any questions regarding the car and also let me know about features I didn’t even know the car had! There was no pressure at all to buy the car and I was given 24 hours to make my mind up. Les was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making pleasant conversation and joking around with me and my partner. Test drive was great, clear instructions for where to drive as I am not from there area, allowing me to get a proper feel of the car and test it out with speed too. Car very clean on day of purchase, ready for me to drive away from the lot, with a tyre repair kit included in the boot. I travelled a good distance to purchase the car and Les ensured I had enough fuel to get home safely. All staff very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend golden hill garage for you to be able to buy your new car with ease and confidence.
As I live 30 miles away in Liverpool, I bought my car from Golden Hill Garage, sight unseen.
Despite reading some excellent reviews, I was still slightly apprehensive when I arrived to collect it.
I needn’t have been concerned. The car was exactly as described, immaculate inside and out and was fully prepared and ready for collection.
I was taken through all the paperwork and documentation, including the full service record and 12 months MOT. Nothing was too much trouble,
I even plan on returning in 12 months’ time to have the team service the car and complete a new MOT.

I purchased a very nice s/h car from here. Fully prepared for when I arrived to pick it up, sight unseen, all as described. I live 130 miles away in Worcestershire. Very easy p/x transaction with experienced people. Unfortunately, shortly after collection, the car developed a fault with the integrated sat nav. They ensured the unit was totally replaced without me needing to return to their base and the bill was paid directly. The work is under guarantee. I would always return to them again for another such vehicle. You just don't get that level of service and confidence everywhere, especially at such a distance.

Very professional, yet friendly. Jim explained everything in detail to us as well as being an excellent navigator on my test drive. Once term's where talked about they left us alone with a coffee for 5 minutes to make our decision. Everything was just seamless and smooth. I cannot recommend Golden Hill Garage highly enough and I am absolutely delighted with my new drive! If I could leave more than 5 stars I absolutely would! ????????????????????
Very good .. we just wandered in & Jonathan showed us a few automatic’s and taken out in a Mitsubishi mirage ,had a drive in it & liked it. Offered a fair price for mine..
