Dave (and the manager and team) were very professional and friendly and answered all my questions on 2 very different cars and tried to put me at ease, as I was apprehensive.
I did 2 test drives over 3 visits and eventually decided on one car after checking the car exterior and interior and it's history. We agreed vehicle checks to be done before delivery (3 days later). The service guys did another MOT so valid for 12 months and replaced some parts that I was concerned about. Thankyou!
They did a great valet too so the car looked sparkly on the day of delivery and Dave did all the paperwork efficiently including Tax.
Too early to say about the quality of the car as I only got it yesterday but so far so good! I trust if I have any issues they will sort it ( there is 1 month warranty parts and labour just in case).

I bought a Honda Civic GT Executive 1.8 2010 plate two owners and only 32k on the clock with a full service history from Honda in red , great car and price. Not just a great car but amazing after sale service from Pete and his team of mechanics. I had a creaking clutch pedal which took time and patience to resolve , but Pete the service manager has been brialliant , diagnosing the problem and resolving the issue. I live away from the garrage and they supplied me with a vehicle to get back home which was great . Prior to this there were a few other issues so both time resolved with great service. Can't recommend this garrage enough.
Satisfied 12 out of 10 throughout the whole process. I was in Huddersfield, the car in Lancashire and was supported to discuss the car by phone and examine it by facetime. So happy I drove the car away in less than half an hour! Extra compliment to Les who made the whole experience an excellent one. O, love the car too btw. Thank you ????

Brilliant experience with Golden hill, Jonathan picked up my original enquiry about delivery via email. I’m based 5 hours away from the garage but seen the car online, Jonathan gave me all the information I needed as well as pictures and videos of the vehicle. I didn’t feel any pressure he was just genuinely helpful. I paid deposit over the phone that day and arranged delivery which was a week later, before delivery he still kept in contact telling me how the car had done in its 60 point check which was really reassuring. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend Golden Hill Garage.
