Fantastic service from the second we walked in! Didn’t harass us like some sales men/women do. The whole experience of buying a new car from Golden Hill Garage felt very personal. My grandparents (and myself) can’t thank Les enough for how polite and knowledgeable he was. The whole team were just fantastic - the sales manager, the service manager and a gentleman who was often valeting/cleaning cars when we looked around - always smiling and very welcoming to customers. Sales Service very good indeed. As I have only had the car 2weeks it is too early to say overall. In those 2 weeks I have had a problem with the warning light for the tyres coming on (twice in those 2 weeks. ) It is to do with Calibration, this has been reset twice, I will see if the sensor has settled down. This information is what the Garage has told me.
