Fantastic service from the second we walked in! Didn’t harass us like some sales men/women do. The whole experience of buying a new car from Golden Hill Garage felt very personal. My grandparents (and myself) can’t thank Les enough for how polite and knowledgeable he was. The whole team were just fantastic - the sales manager, the service manager and a gentleman who was often valeting/cleaning cars when we looked around - always smiling and very welcoming to customers. I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions or pay any money - can’t recommend them all enough! Thank you, I am one happy girl with my new flame red hot wheels! :)

Brilliant experience with Golden hill, Jonathan picked up my original enquiry about delivery via email. I’m based 5 hours away from the garage but seen the car online, Jonathan gave me all the information I needed as well as pictures and videos of the vehicle. I didn’t feel any pressure he was just genuinely helpful. I paid deposit over the phone that day and arranged delivery which was a week later, before delivery he still kept in contact telling me how the car had done in its 60 point check which was really reassuring. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend Golden Hill Garage.
