I went to Golden Hill based on reviews from a neighbour. The staff were incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. I will be thoroughly recommending them to anyone looking for a new car.
Fantastic customer experience. Our salesman ( cannot name for some reason) was exceptionally helpful from the first day we had a look at the car to picking us up from the train station on collection the next week. Didn’t try and ram additional products down our throats either. The car I bought was at a very good price, they serviced and MOTed it before I picked up and even put some extra fuel. Definitely recommend

One day all garages will be this good! Friendly, transparent, did a deal and treated me like a customer! If only all businesses were as good as this! Five stars isn’t enough, the guys here really look after you and you know you will get a quality vehicle. Competitive quality with good old fashioned customer service values not like these awful car supermarkets where would get an ex rental or lease car that has been thrashed by an uncaring owner! Give them a look, I drive 170 miles twice to get to this garage and for the second largest purchase in your life it is well worth the effort I promise you!

From the second i sent an email to ask about a vehicle i was well taken care of. They took great care to make sure i was 100% happy with the deal i got on my new car with no nonsense ! They were straight up and all the team managed to pull it together to get my car ready 2 days early (massive thanks to the whole team) amazing customer service and would definitely recommend
Excellent service. Spotted the car I wanted online and within 2 hours I had test drove it and purchased it. The sale person wasn't pushy, he went through the usual add-ons without pressurising to buy. Picked the car up two day later with a full MOT and two brand new tyres free of charge, although not necessary the dealer wasn't happy supplying me with the car with slightly worn tyres. Overall an excellent experience from start to finish and would highly recommend them when contemplating buying a vehicle.

Brilliant experience with Golden hill, Jonathan picked up my original enquiry about delivery via email. I’m based 5 hours away from the garage but seen the car online, Jonathan gave me all the information I needed as well as pictures and videos of the vehicle. I didn’t feel any pressure he was just genuinely helpful. I paid deposit over the phone that day and arranged delivery which was a week later, before delivery he still kept in contact telling me how the car had done in its 60 point check which was really reassuring. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend Golden Hill Garage.
