Everything went very smoothly. The service manager was excellent who made you feel very welcome. The replacement tyres was carried out with the upmost care ensuring the wheel rims were replaced without any damage. The torque setting was spot on as was the air pressure in the tyres. Could not fault their care and service.
I was nervous about buying a car as I have no one to help me. Les put me completely at ease and nothing was too much trouble. I was shown a selection of cars in my price range and there was no pressure to buy anything. Once I had made my choice everything was done to ensure I had the best possible deal. The website used had all the information needed to consider the vehicle prior to viewing. On viewing the vehicle every opportunity was given to view without interruption and it appeared to have been kept in a very good condition at the dealership. The dealer was a very friendly patient and knew the answer to every question. He went over and above by determining finance options for us. At no time did we feel pressured into any deal

Golden Hill garage always have a good selection of used cars at prices well below some main dealers. From viewing a couple of vehicles to a test drive and car purchase and handover, I could not find fault. The vehicle was given a 69 point check and is in excellent condition. Would highly recommend.
