I got treated by Les Berry really good he explained everything really clearly and when I have bought cars from other garages the salesmen just wanted the sale and could not really care about me when I had bought the car ,but Les was a gentleman and gave me Five star service so well done.
I found it a very friendly garage .They were not pushing me into buying the car .I was shown the car ,then left to look at it on my own .I left a deposit on the car and said I will think about it over night .If I didn’t want the car my deposit would be given back to me .l ended up buying the car and it’s fabulous
The people at Golden Hill were so helpful & really guided us through this strange time. We’d never bought a car unseen before but they made it so easy & were so open & answered all of our questions, really putting us at ease. I would definitely buy from them unseen again, it was such an easy experience & we love the car! Once we understood the 14 day return option we were confident in taking the risk of buying a car without seeing it in person. I had a fantastic experience when purchasing a second hand Fiat 500 for my daughter. I was greeted by Les who was very helpful and made the whole process very stress free. When I came to collect the car as a surprise both sales men had gone to a lot of effort to make the event as memorable as possible with balloons on the car. Couldn't ask for more and would definitely return in the future.

Brilliant experience with Golden hill, Jonathan picked up my original enquiry about delivery via email. I’m based 5 hours away from the garage but seen the car online, Jonathan gave me all the information I needed as well as pictures and videos of the vehicle. I didn’t feel any pressure he was just genuinely helpful. I paid deposit over the phone that day and arranged delivery which was a week later, before delivery he still kept in contact telling me how the car had done in its 60 point check which was really reassuring. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend Golden Hill Garage.
