The people at Golden Hill were so helpful & really guided us through this strange time. We’d never bought a car unseen before but they made it so easy & were so open & answered all of our questions, really putting us at ease. I would definitely buy from them unseen again, it was such an easy experience & we love the car! Once we understood the 14 day return option we were confident in taking the risk of buying a car without seeing it in person. Golden Hill delivered & sorted all the paperwork, even highlighting where we needed to sign & providing a stamped addressed envelope, it was so easy. Fantastic service, great guys, highly recommend

I had a fantastic experience when purchasing a second hand Fiat 500 for my daughter. I was greeted by Les who was very helpful and made the whole process very stress free. When I came to collect the car as a surprise both sales men had gone to a lot of effort to make the event as memorable as possible with balloons on the car. Couldn't ask for more and would definitely return in the future.

Enjoyed dealing with Les. he had time for me and create jokes with me. he answer all questions and in the event of anything he could not help, he went to speak with his boss. my only negative concerns is the way you did not provide enough warranty and also the garage insurance offered to cars was not added to me.

Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I was nervous as I wanted to purchase an automatic but had never driven one before. The test drive was handled with a lot of care and the team were not pushy at all. I also got a great deal trading in my then manual car. I will be taking my current car (bought from Golden Hill) back there for its MOT and service when the time comes!
