Despite the terrible weather on the day I bought my car, every effort was made to make it a very positive experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and the test drive was thorough and informative.The actual purchase was smooth and uncomplicated and even without the usual cup of coffee, due to Covid, it was a happy, friendly and supportive experience. I would recommend Golden Hill Garage. As a female, older customer I know that if I have any issues with my car, I can call the garage and they will help me. I have made new friends. Golden Hill Garage was brilliant to deal with and made the process of purchasing a new car hassle free and easy. They took on board everything I was looking for in my new car and provided a few suggestions that met the criteria. They had the car of choice ready for a test drive the following day and throughout and after the test drive were completely honest about the car, its features and its history. When it came to the paperwork and trading my existing car in, they again made the process so easy and hassle free, offering expert advice all the way through and explained everything I was unsure on or didn't understand, which was a a lot given this was only my second car. They provided excellent customer service and had the car in optimal condition and serviced prior to collection. Would highly recommend Golden Hill Garage to anyone who is looking for a decent car at an affordable price and excellent customer service to match.

Like most people looking for a car we believe that going to a "Big" dealer will give you better service. After a bad experience at one of these "Big" dealers i decided to buy my next car from a smaller garage. I read the reviews, ratings and customer comments for GoldenHill Garage and was impressed at the level of service. We arranged a test drive for a car and decided to buy it simply because of the professionalism and really caring service we received. We came away feeling reassured that we had made the right choice and we were not wrong. I cannot express my thanks to the sales chap for his sales professionalism and good humour. The valet staff and mechanics explained all the aspects of the car to us and we certainly felt we where valued customers and not just another "sales" figure. Nice and easy
Brilliant experience with Golden hill, Jonathan picked up my original enquiry about delivery via email. I’m based 5 hours away from the garage but seen the car online, Jonathan gave me all the information I needed as well as pictures and videos of the vehicle. I didn’t feel any pressure he was just genuinely helpful. I paid deposit over the phone that day and arranged delivery which was a week later, before delivery he still kept in contact telling me how the car had done in its 60 point check which was really reassuring. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend Golden Hill Garage.
