Despite the terrible weather on the day I bought my car, every effort was made to make it a very positive experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and the test drive was thorough and informative.The actual purchase was smooth and uncomplicated and even without the usual cup of coffee, due to Covid, it was a happy, friendly and supportive experience. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I was nervous as I wanted to purchase an automatic but had never driven one before. The test drive was handled with a lot of care and the team were not pushy at all. I also got a great deal trading in my then manual car. I will be taking my current car (bought from Golden Hill) back there for its MOT and service when the time comes!
