Despite the terrible weather on the day I bought my car, every effort was made to make it a very positive experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and the test drive was thorough and informative.The actual purchase was smooth and uncomplicated and even without the usual cup of coffee, due to Covid, it was a happy, friendly and supportive experience. I would recommend Golden Hill Garage. As a female, older customer I know that if I have any issues with my car, I can call the garage and they will help me. I have made new friends. Golden Hill Garage was brilliant to deal with and made the process of purchasing a new car hassle free and easy. They took on board everything I was looking for in my new car and provided a few suggestions that met the criteria. They had the car of choice ready for a test drive the following day and throughout and after the test drive were completely honest about the car, its features and its history. When it came to the paperwork and trading my existing car in, they again made the process so easy and hassle free, offering expert advice all the way through and explained everything I was unsure on or didn't understand, which was a a lot given this was only my second car. They provided excellent customer service and had the car in optimal condition and serviced prior to collection. Would highly recommend Golden Hill Garage to anyone who is looking for a decent car at an affordable price and excellent customer service to match.

Very professional, yet friendly. Jim explained everything in detail to us as well as being an excellent navigator on my test drive. Once term's where talked about they left us alone with a coffee for 5 minutes to make our decision. Everything was just seamless and smooth. I cannot recommend Golden Hill Garage highly enough and I am absolutely delighted with my new drive! If I could leave more than 5 stars I absolutely would! ????????????????????
Very good .. we just wandered in & Jonathan showed us a few automatic’s and taken out in a Mitsubishi mirage ,had a drive in it & liked it. Offered a fair price for mine..

Cars are all low in price , very good service from the dealers , they are not pushy regarding warranty but took it out as this was also a good price . Would definitely recommend and use again , many thanks to John our sales man
